“Growth mindset” is more than a belief—it’s a training regimen. Neuroplasticity follows repetition, attention, and emotion. Here’s a simple protocol:

  1. Name the challenge and reframe: “This is a rep.”
  2. Do the smallest possible action toward it (2-minute rule).
  3. Encode the win: one deep breath while recalling the specific action and its intended identity.

Repeat daily for 30 days and track. Mindset becomes trait when behavior becomes ritual.
